Handmade Seitan
We handmake every batch of our seitan from scratch, from quality ingredients. We magically turn flour into vegan meats! Our recipes include breaded chik’n, and jackfruit ribz! We have had a lot of experience over the years to get the perfect texture and taste we prefer, for each kind of seitan we have.
Lively Vegan Mac Sauce
Our famous mac sauce is creamy, healthy, and delicious! It’s a perfect base for our loaded mac bowls. We cut, boil, and blend vegetables, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, and spices to make each batch of our creamy sauce. It’s cheezy, tangy and family friendly!

Slow-cooked Jackfruit
We use young green jackfruit to make a meat substitute that tastes and looks like pulled pork! By slow cooking the jackfruit with smoky spices, we infuse it with flavor and umami! It’s especially good smothered in our house BBQ sauce…

Krabby Cake
Our krabby cake might be our favoirte recipe we’ve developed! It is quite labor intensive and is definitely worth the effort. It is made with jackfruit that we flavor with spices that echo the flavors of the sea to make “crab” meat. Combined with healthy red lentils, and several other ingredients, this krab cake lets you enjoy the flavors of the sea without harming our oceans!

We like it saucy!! We make all of our own sauces from scratch to enhance and compliment the flavors of our dishes! They include: St. Louis Style BBQ, Cajun Remoulade, Ranch, Garlic Aioli, Cashew Sour Cream, and more!
